  • Application tracking data (which benefits you have applied for and their status)

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Calculate your eligibility for government benefit programs
  • Display your personalised benefits dashboard
  • Pre-fill benefit applications via the Claro Chrome extension (only when you actively choose to use it)
  • Send reminders about benefit renewals or deadlines, if you opt in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II–compliant infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is strictly limited.

4. Chrome Extension

The Claro Chrome extension only activates when you explicitly click the extension button on a supported benefit application website. It reads form field names on that page and fills them using your Claro profile data. It does not monitor your general browsing history, read unrelated pages, or transmit data to any party other than Claro.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information at any time through your profile settings
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
