Our Mission
Most people leave money on the table simply because they don't know what they qualify for. Claro changes that.
There are over $140 billion in unclaimed government benefits in the United States every year. Seniors, low-income families, veterans, and students miss out not because they don't need help — but because the system is fragmented, confusing, and inaccessible.
We are a group of college students who became passionate about closing this gap. We built Claro to be the benefits guide we wish existed — one that speaks plainly, finds everything you qualify for, and actually helps you apply.
Claro doesn't just list benefits. We also built a Chrome extension that can autofill benefit applications on your behalf — so finding and applying for benefits can happen in minutes, not weeks.
Right now, our eligibility library is deepest for seniors and includes federal plus California-specific coverage. Many of these programs still apply to people across different ages and situations. We are actively expanding to be more comprehensive for all groups and across more states, with more benefits coming soon.

Benefits belong to people, not paperwork.
The programs exist. The money exists. What is missing is a clear path to claim it. We build that path.
Technology should work for everyone.
We design Claro to be readable, simple, and accessible — for a 70-year-old who just got a smartphone and a 25-year-old who has never applied for aid before.
Finding it is only half the battle.
That is why we built the Claro Chrome Extension — so the moment you see a benefit you qualify for, you can apply without filling out the same form ten times.
Create a free account in minutes and get your personalised benefits report — then use our Chrome extension to apply, fast.
